Hello; and thank you for taking the time to visit my website.  I have been an attorney here in Massachusetts for over twenty years now.  My practice concentrates on workers’ compensation injuries; construction site accidents; motor vehicle accidents and Social Security disability claims.  I am a plaintiff attorney and work to obtain money damages and protect the interests of my clients who have been injured on the job or as the result of some other persons’ negligence.

Early in my career I worked as a defense attorney for a large nationally known insurance company.  For the last fourteen years I have been the proprietor of The Law Office of Robert L. Noa.  The experience of doing defense work early in my career has proven valuable over the course of time as it has allowed me to ‘think like a defense attorney’.  I have an edge in dealing with insurance companies because I know how they think.  Knowing most of their defense tactics has allowed me to be very successful on behalf of my client’s.  My cases are constantly coming up in court or being settled.  A few of my recently settled cases have included:

  • third party tractor accident : $500,000.00
  • work related herniated disc : $300,000.00
  • widow’s claim [workers’ compensation] : $250,000.00
  • widow’s claim [workers’ compensation] : $240,000.00
  • telephone lineman with a herniated disc : $225,000.00

This very short list represents just a few of the thousand or so cases I have handled over the years.  Each person’s situation is unique and, obviously, very personal to them.  My office may handle many cases but the only one that is important to my client is theirs.  This may seem apparent but many large law firms seem to forget the importance of having an attorney develop an actual ‘attorney / client’ relationship with the person they represent!  At large firms you may only get to deal with a secretary or perhaps a paralegal on a regular basis and your actual attorney rarely if ever.  When you hire the Law Office of Robert L. Noa you get me.  While I am often out of the office because I am in court you can be assured that I will get back to you in person within a day.

Please look at the other sections of this site that contain Frequently Asked Questions [FAQ’s] and which should answer many of the more commonly asked questions with workers’ comp and personal injury claims.  Also, I have prepared a special ‘Free Report’ for anyone that requests one.  In this report you will find more answers to frequently asked questions and helpful hints on how to handle workers’ comp or automobile accident claims.  Please call 617-423-2228 to request your copy of the report or email me at rnoa@rcn.com if you would like to receive your free copy.

Thank you again for taking the time to visit my website.

I look forward to working for you.

Sincerely,

Robert L. Noa
